Destination : delhi – samode – jaipur – ranthambore – fatehpur sikri – agra – mathura - delhi
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive delhi international airport. Meet our executive & transfer to hotel. Relax till afternoon. In the afternoon go for a city tour – lakshmi narayan temple, president’s palace, india gate & humayun’s tomb.
Day 02: Delhi – Samode – Jaipur
In the morning after breakfast, drive to jaipur. Enroute visit samode. It is a place of great interest for people who appreciate culture and local arts. The village or town is famous for its magnificent havelis, mansions and handicrafts.
Samode palace belongs to the rawals of samode, who do not belong to a royal family but are affluent noblemen. This family was bestowed the title of “maha rawal” by the royal family as a reward for their loyalty and courage. The samode palace is about four hundred years old and has gone through a lot of restoration work. Many new additions have been made to this old palace, which is now a heritage hotel.Upon arrival at samode palace, we will provide you tea, coffee and snacks, visit the sheesh mahal and then drive for about a kilometer up to the point from where you will be provided camel ride for 2 km & reach samod bagh (this is a great way to take a tour of the samode village and check out the local traditions & colours of the town). Upon arrival at samode bagh followed by camel ride, take your lunch and later drive back to jaipur. Upon arrival in jaipur, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Jaipur
In the morning after a relaxed breakfast, visit the city palace. In the heart of the old city is the former royal residence built in a blend of the rajasthani and mughal styles. Hawa mahal or palace of wind, jantar mantar.
In the afternoon visit the amber fort in the aravali hills, which is a super example of rajput (medieval hindu) style architecture. A slow elephant ride takes you to the top of the fort, which houses several graceful buildings.
In the evening drive to chokhi dhani to see the rajasthani live cultural programmes followed by a rajasthani dinner.
Day 04: Jaipur – Ranthambore
After breakfast, drive to ranthambore. Upon arrival at ranthambore, check into the hotel. In the afternoon go for a canter safari inside the park.
Ranthambore has a wide variety of dazzling landscape to offer. The most frequented areas in the park are around the beautiful lakes where a large number of the wild conjugates. One also gets a chance to drive through rolling grasslands, rushing streams, open scrubs, heavily wooded valleys and through deep ravines walled on either side with steep cliffs.
Day 05: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra
In the morning after breakfast, drive agra. Enroute visit fatehpur sikri (built during the second half of the 16th century by the emperor akbar, fatehpur sikri (the city of victory) was the capital of the mughal empire for only some 10 years.
Upon arrival at agra, check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06: Agra
Early in the morning go for a visit to taj mahal during sunrise. After visiting the taj mahal, drive back to hotel for breakfast. After fresh and change, take a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed to visit the agra fort. Agra fort : near the gardens of the taj mahal stands the important 16th century mughal monument known as the red fort of agra. This powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses, within its 2.5 km long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the mughal rulers. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the jahangir palace and the khas mahal, built by shah jahan, audience halls, such as the diwan-i-khas and two very beautiful mosques.
After the visit of red fort, you will be taken to taj view for lunch. After lunch, visit the itmad-ud-ullah (called baby taj). Evening explore in shopping in local craft markets.
Day 07: Agra – Mathura – Delhi
Take a relaxed breakfast in the morning at the hotel. Later check out from the hotel and drive back to delhi. Enroute visit the sikandra tomb of mughal emperor akbar the great and the birth place of lord krishna at mathura.
Upon arrival in delhi, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Delhi
Morning breakfast at the hotel. After fresh & change, proceed for a city tour of new delhi which includes the visit of lotus temple, qutab minar tower & the famous akshar dham temple.
After the city tour, drive back to hotel for fresh and change. Relax till the time of your departure. On time, transfer to international airport for departure to your own place.
