Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai
Arrive Mumbai and transfer to the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Mumbai - Saputara
Morning depart by surface for Saputara via Nasik ( 270 kms). Saputara is a hill resort, known as abode of serpents. It can serve as a base camp for visiting various tribal villages in the area. Visit the famous Dangi tribe considered to be the most primitive tribal community of this region. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Evening after dinner, witness the Dangi Tribal dance. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Saputara
After breakfast proceed for full day excursion of tribal villages, visiting Limba, Kosambia and other villages north of Saputara. Here you will closely observe the various life styles of Dangi tribe. On return, visit the Dangi Craft Studio which houses the local art of Dangi Tribes. Evening enjoy the dinner along with the tribal dance performance in the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Saputara - Surat
After breakfast, depart for Surat ( 210 kms) enroute stop at Ahwa, located to the North West of Saputara. You will have an enchanting experience of confronting more forms of life style of Dangi tribe. On arrival, check in at hotel.Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Surat - Chhota Udaipur
Morning after breakfast proceed Chhota Udaipur to see the Rathwa tribes in and around the region. It is considered one of most primitive tribal belt of Gujarat. After an early lunch drive by jeep to the tribal villages like Kol, Kharakwada, Timla, Devhat etc. Late evening return to Palace Dinner and Overnight.
Day 06 : Chhota Udaipur
Morning after break fast proceed to tribal museum of Chhota Udaipur and later on drive to nearby village to visit the local market where we can see many tribal people. Aftrelunch in hotel continue to visit couple of more villages of tribal to see PITHORA wall paintings in their houses. Late evening return to Palace for overnight.
Day 07 : Chhota Udaipur - Vadodara
Morning after breakfast drive to vadodara enroute visiting Champaner Fort of Pawagadh built in 15th centuary by the Sultan of Ahmedabad Mehmud. Begadha, Nagina and Jami mosques are the most beautiful speciman of Indo saracenic architecture. Upon arrival at the hotel, have lunch and then visit of couple of museums of Vadodara with the Indian Horizons Guide. It was one of princely state of Gujarat ruled by Maratha Gaekwad.
Day 08 : Vadodara - Ahemdabad
Morning after breakfast Indian Horizons driver would take you to Ahmedabad enroute visiting Vaso village, famous for its intricated wooden carved Havelies of 18th century. Day 09 : Ahemdabad - Poshina
Morning after breakfast procced for sightseeing tour of the city with the experienced guide of Indian Horizons to see the fascinating poles of old city with beautiful wooden carved houses and one of the most colorful temple of city Swaminarayan temple built in late 19th century. Onwards visit of Jami mosque and market. After lunch drive to Poshina check in at Darbargadh for dinner and overnight stay
Day 10 : Poshina
Morning after breakfast proceed with the Indian Horizons guide and visit the tribal villages around Poshina. It is a center to see Garacia tribal. After lunch visit the tribal villages located in the Aravalli Hills. Late evening return to Darbargadh dinner and overnight.
Day 11 : Poshina - Zainabad
Morning after breakfast drive to Zainabad enroute visiting Patan and Modhera. Anhilwad Patan was the capital of Gujarat it is the only place in Gujarat where one can see the double Ikat Patola Saree. Later proceed to Modhera to visit Sun Temple, the best example of Hindu architecture. After lunch drive to the base camp of Zainabad for overnight stay.
Day 12 : Zainabad
Morning after breakfast take safari in little Rann of Kutch to see the Asiatic Wild Ass and around 275 various species of birds. Experience the Bajana Tribes and some cattle breeders. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 13 : Zainabad - Bhuj
Morning depart Zainabad enroute visiting Tundavandh tribal Rabari village - the inhabitants of this tribe are semi - nomads who travel with their herds of cattle in search of the fodder. Continue the drive to Bhuj. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 14 : Bhuj - Mumbai departure
Board the Flt for Mumbai to connect Flt for onward destination.
